Fenced Off does not ship physical products.
All services provided by Fenced Off relate to the delivery, installation, hire, and removal of temporary fencing across Melbourne and Victoria.

3. Delivery & Installation
When you make a booking or request a quote, our team will confirm:

Delivery and installation are performed by trained Fenced Off staff or contractors.

We aim to provide same-day or next-day delivery, depending on availability.

5. Site Access Requirements
To ensure safe and efficient installation, the Client must ensure:

No locked gates, obstacles, or hazards

Accurate address and instructions are provided
If we are unable to access the site, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Delivery Fees

Urgent or after-hours delivery requests
All fees will be outlined in your quote.
7. Collection & Removal
At the end of the hire period, we will return to remove and collect the fencing.
The Client must ensure:

All obstructions are removed

No unauthorised modifications or relocations of fencing have been made
Additional fees may apply if removal is delayed or requires multiple attempts.
8. No Shipping of Goods
Fenced Off does not ship, post, courier, or freight any products.
All services are provided onsite through delivery and installation only.
9. After-Hours or Emergency Delivery
After-hours, weekend, or emergency installs may be available upon request.
